Delivery & Returns


Once you have successfully placed your order it will be passed to our production team who will then pick, print and dispatch your order. Our typical processing time is 3-5 business days.


Orders are typically dispatched with Royal Mail on a tracked 48 hour delivery (U.K). However, if your order is too large to go with Royal Mail it will be dispatched with a courier (usually DPD), who will aim to deliver within 2 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email to confirm this along with the tracking number.

International Orders

If you are ordering from outside of the U.K, you can see our estimated delivery times below.

Europe: 3-5 working days

Rest of World: 7-10 working days

Please note, that depending on the country you are in, there may be customs/taxes charges imposed when the order enters your country and will need to be paid by the customer. Ocolo is not responsible for these, or any additional charges as a result of us fulfilling a customers order.


All return requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. If 14 days has passed, we may be able to accept the return but there may be a restocking fee payable (price available upon request).

To be eligible for a refund, your order must be in the same condition as it arrived to you in, unused and in the original packaging.

Return shipping is to be paid for by the customer and will not be refunded. Unfortunately, the original shipping cost is also non-refundable.

Our returns address is: Ocolo, 15 Blenheim Road, Watchfield, SN6 8DG. We recommend using a track able service when returning your items as we cannot be held liable for returns goods that do not arrive and will not be able to refund your order if it does not arrive with us.

Please note, all returns must be pre-authorized by our team. If you send back an item without confirmation from us we cannot guarantee a refund/replacement item.

Damaged Goods

If you item arrives in a damaged or defective state, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement/refund. If your item has a printing error, or is defective, please email our team at- enquiries@ocolo.co with your order number, summary of the issue and photographic evidence. Once received, our production team will investigate this and provide a resolution as soon as possible.


Refunds are processed within 14 days of the item being received back. Once the refund has been issued, it can typically take 5-7 working days to show back in your account depending on your bank.
